Most of you know that have been following us for awhile that my boys favorite thing ever is S’more Pops! We usually do not get through a holiday without making something fun out of s’mores! We decided to make Bunny S’mores for Easter. Plus we are loaded with marshmallows and wanted to use them up! We wanted to use all marshmallows to decorate these, but you can use so many other candies. Like hearts for the nose, etc… Just use what you have! This is very easy to do!
All you need is…
Square Marshmallows (the ones used for smores)
Pink Mini Marshmallows (from the multi colored mini marshmallows)
Mini Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Cookie Frosting (Betty Crocker)
White Cookie Frosting (Betty Crocker)
I made 2 of these and this is what we did. Start by cutting the jumbo marshmallow in half and set aside. We cut our graham crackers with a round cookie cutter. It will cut right through pretty easy. We cut 4 of those to make 2. We broke a cracker in half and cut 4 small round pieces for the cheeks. I couldn’t find my mini round cutter so we just used a piping bag tip. Lay 2 round on your work surface and squeeze some chocolate cookie frosting on top. Place the jumbo marshmallow half on top. Squeeze frosting on top of that like this…
Then put the other graham cracker rounds on top. Take a graham cracker and break it in half. Cut around the edges with kitchen scissors to make the ears. 2 grahams will make 4 ears. Like this…
We attached the small round graham crackers to the face with cookie frosting for the cheeks. We used white cookie frosting to attach everything on the face. We cut a mini marshmallow in half and attached those on for the eyes. We used mini chocolate chips for the pupils. We cut the smore square marshmallow in half. We cut around the edges to shape for the inside of the ears. We cut the teeth out of those scraps. We cut another square marshmallow in a triangle on the side to make the whiskers. We cut a pink mini marshmallow in half for the nose. Attach everything on with cookie frosting. Here is another view…
Here is a side view…
